Contractors
- Registered as a company in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce with a registered capital of 1 million baht or more.
- Having experience in residential construction for at least 3 years
Documentation
- A copy of the certificate of the company / partnership
- A copy of VAT registration certificate, Por Por 20
- 5-years retrospective work, such as Project Reference, contract letter example or purchase order, employment order
Supplier
- Registered as a company in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce with a registered capital of 1 million baht or more.
- Have working experience in project work or other related work not less than 3 years
Documentation
- A copy of the certificate of the company / partnership
- A copy of VAT registration certificate, Por Por 20
- 5-years retrospective work, such as Project Reference, contract letter example or purchase order, employment order
