Ms. Petrada Poolvoralaks, CEO of Major Development, a prominent Thai luxury real estate developer announced a project Joint Venture with Ms. Miwako Date, President & CEO of Mori Trust Co. Ltd., one of the Japanese leading real estate companies. The Joint Venture project Malton Gates Krungthep Kreeta 2 will be a luxury single detached home development with a project value of approx. 2,100 Million Baht.  Construction is slated to commence in Q3 2024, representing Major Development's continued success in luxury housing project developments where sales is set to begin in early 2025.

Mori Trust Co. Ltd. is engaged in developments of large-scale mixed-use projects, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and the hotel and resorts business nationwide.
