Ms. Natha Kittiaksorn, Deputy Chief Executive of Major Development, revealed that data from the Real Estate Information Center (REIC) shows a 37.6% increase in foreign property ownership transfers during the first nine months of 2024, valued at THB 52.26 billion. The main foreign buyers are from China, Russia, the United States, Taiwan, and France. This presents a significant opportunity for Major Development to expand further into international markets, starting with Taiwan, which has a high purchasing power and interest in Thai super-luxury real estate.
